Sad news to hear about a longtime friend - We go back to the late 50 / 85 when I retired and continued for many years since. We share many good discussions especially at the /Gen NDHQ as well as many other CF Base. It is always said to hear of the passing of so many we all knew so well while serving the RCA and later CFMS.

Too the Family please on behalf of Pauline and I our Sincere Condolences

Rest in Peace Old Friend

Jim and Pauline

Although he scared the hell out of me as a young officer, Colonel Belhumeur had a direct and positive influence on the officer I became. My deepest condolences to his family.

The Colonel and I spared many time when we worked together but we always respected each other. His passing is by far too early, my condolences to his family and the Medical Services he served.
