It is with great sadness and a heavy heart the Eid family announces the passing of Sana El Mouhawish Eid. She passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on September 10, 2025, at the age of 65.
Beloved wife of Georges Eid, devoted mother of Amanda and Stephanie (Elie Eid) and cherished grandmother of Charbel and Maroun.
Dearest sister to the late Nouha (late Ghassan Chamandy), Naima (Maurice Semaan), Naheel (late Qaisar Shaheen), Nahida (Gerios Alnasrallah), Nouhad (late George Gbara), Elias, Shahira (late Souhail Al Izraee) and May (Michel Saba).
She will be missed dearly by her family and friends.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Monday, September 15, 2025, at 12:00 with the Funeral Service to be held at 1:00pm at Saint Charbel Parish, located at 245 Donald St, Ottawa, ON K1K 3S1. Internment to follow at Beechwood Funeral, Cemetery and Cremation Services, 280 Beechwood Ave. Ottawa , ON K1L 8A6.
