Andrzej Jan Socha, 69, of Ottawa, Ontario, passed away peacefully in his sleep late evening on Friday, February 27, 2026, with family by his side while in hospital.
Born on November 27, 1956, to Jan Socha and Aniela Krzysztofek in Krakow, Poland, Andrzej was the beloved husband of Anna Socha and father to Michael and Matthew. He is survived by his brother Tadeusz Socha and predeceased by his sister Halina Chury (2024). He was loved by his nieces Joanna Chury and Agnes Chury, nephew Phil Chury, many close friends, and neighbours.
Funeral services will be held at Beechwood cemetery (280 Beechwood Avenue) on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 2 pm.
