Sustainability of the Urban Macoun Marsh and Environmental Restoration -SUMMER
In recent years, the Macoun Marsh has been overrun with cat tails - forcing turtles, frogs, and other marine life into a smaller and smaller area. The Beechwood Cemetery Foundation plans on cleaning out the invasive plants and creating a safe forever home for those who live in the Marsh.
Your donation will directly help cover the costs of those with environmental expertise and remove the invasive plants without damaging the wildlife.
Those who donate $1000 or more will get their name on a plaque that will be displayed next to the marsh.
