Judith died peacefully at Garry J. Armstrong Residence with her husband Trevor Jubb at her side.  Judy was born in Norfolk UK the youngest child of Percy and Edith (Breeze) Roberts. She was evacuated from the UK with her mother and two older siblings to Canada during the war.

Judy is lovingly remembered by her three sons: Jeffrey, Peter, and Andrew (Eric). She will be missed by Trevor’s son Derek (Natalie) and his daughters: Katherine and Elizabeth.  Trevor’s daughter Nadine and her daughter Ashley mourn the passing of their cherished stepmother and grandmother.

Judith was a faithful member of the Anglican Church teaching Sunday school and also organizing Christmas dinners.

She loved nature - the trees, flowers, birds, butterflies and loved to take walks in Gatineau Park. She also enjoyed the beaches of PEI in summertime.

We are very grateful for the wonderful care Judy received from all the staff on the second floor of Allen House at Garry J. Armstrong residence.

A ceremony and reception to celebrate Judy’s life will be held at Beechwood Funeral, Cemetery, and Cremation Services on October 11th at 10am.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Ottawa Food Bank or to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.

My deepest condolences to Andrew and family on the loss of their beloved mother, whom I had a chance to know at work.

She will be missed by many.

Dear Andrew and Family,

Though it may seem a recovery from your loss is fragile, it will be the memories that find you peace and comfort.

Please accept this note to express my appreciation for the distress this is for you and your family.

Sincerely,

Shaun

Judy was the first person I met when I went for an interview as a Secretary to the librarian, in August 1974. Judy was not only my wonderful Friend, but also my Mentor. Judy had a heart of gold. She was one of the nicest person I have every known. Judy helped me during my darkest moments, and helped me though many sad times.

Judy and I remained in contact until she passed on September 8. I was very lucky and fortunate to see Judy a few days before she passed, We reminisce about the good ole days (even if it was only one sided) it helped me to say goodbye.
I will miss her dearly, My thoughts and prayers are with her husband, Trevor, her sons Jeff, Peter and Andrew. Heaven has gained a beautiful angel. Rest in Peace my beautiful Friend.
