It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Marcel at the Montfort Hospital on August 31st at the age of 89. Beloved husband of Ghislaine, loving father of Charles (Teri MacDonald), Lucie (Rob Moran) and, proud grandfather to Tanner and Madison.
Marcel was a man of heart and commitment. He devoted much of his life to his business, which he built with passion, perseverance, and respect for his customers.
He touched many people with his smile and generosity.
Friends are invited to gather on Thursday September 25, 2025 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church , 400 St. Laurent Blvd. Ottawa, ON., for Mass of Christian funeral at 1:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Montfort Foundation would be appreciated.
