With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Pauline Margaret Ullett on February 26, 2026, at the age of 75. Pauline passed away peacefully at home in Hammond, Ontario, surrounded by her loving family.

Born on August 31, 1950, in Ottawa, Ontario, Pauline was the cherished daughter of the late Norman and Rita Hanson. She was predeceased by her brother Glen Hanson and is survived by her brother Stephen Hanson (Wilma).

On November 4, 1967, she married James Melvin Ullett in Ottawa. Together they built a life rooted in commitment, resilience, and family. Pauline was first and foremost a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Her children and grandchildren were the centre of her world, and she loved them deeply and unconditionally.

She will be deeply missed by her husband James; her children Jim (Chantalle), Tim (Isabelle), and Mike (Tina); and her cherished grandchildren Cody, Kayla (James Franco), Dominic, Patrick, Alexandra, Hailey, Danika, and Jordan.

Family was the centre of Pauline’s life. She poured her time, energy, and love into her home and into the people she cherished most giving her grandchildren what they lovingly called “Nanny care”.  She created stability and warmth for her family and later worked alongside her son Tim with pride and dedication. Her many talents and creative passions were simply an extension of who she was, generous, capable, and always giving. In recent years, she inspired many with her commitment to CrossFit, approaching it with grit and determination. Pauline showed up for people. Whether through her strength, her helping hands, or her steady presence, she left a mark that will not be forgotten.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Pauline, the love and dedication you showed your family was an inspiration. Having the privilege of getting to know you through Mike and Jim these last few years is something I will cherish. You will be so deeply missed, but I’m so grateful to have gotten to see you recently. Your memory will always be with those who were lucky enough to know you. Rest easy.
