David George Campbell (known as Dave), age 76, passed away on Sunday October 19, 2025, in Ottawa. Born January 28, 1949, on the Isle of Skye, Scotland, to David and Jesse Campbell, he studied veterinary medicine at the University of Guelph and later lived and worked in Peterborough, Ontario.
Dave loved aviation, motorbikes, and weight training, and shared these interests with his two sons Andrew and Ryan. He will be fondly remembered for his sly/witty sense of humour and kindness. A good week for Dave would be discovering new routes to ride on his motorbike, dead-lifting 400lbs, and enjoying a can of beans
Cherished dearly by his sons Andrew (Tiina) and Ryan; his beloved sisters Myra (Steve) and Lina (Phil); and adored by his granddaughters Charlotte and Sophie. His family and friends will carry his memory in their hearts forever
A private memorial service was held on October 22, 2025, in Ottawa.
