It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Frank Viciana on November 29, 2025 in Mexico, at the age of 55. He is survived by his son Caleb, father Francisco (Lucille), his siblings Javier (Cristina), Lauren, Alison (Shane), niece and nephews Cohen, Georgia, Sammy, Jesse, Austin, and Isaac, his partner Angelica, mother of his son Karmen, and a large extended family in California, Canada, and Spain. Predeceased by his mother Antonia, he will be laid to rest in her company.
Frank had a successful career in the software industry spanning over 25 years, but he was also a skilled and talented musician at heart and well known in the Ottawa music scene. Accordingly, donations in his memory can be made to the Unison fund.
A real life bon-vivant, we will celebrate his life in the same way he lived it - with joy, laughter, and in the moment.
