It’s with great sadness to announce the passing of our dear mother, Lise. Peacefully, after a courageous battle, surrounded by her family at the Ruddy Shenkman Hospice, on Sunday February 18, 2024.

Beloved wife of the late Lloyd C. Wade. Eldest Daughter of late Roland Benoit and Myrtle Legault. Loving mother of Lee (Gina) Bossé, Tish (Bernard), step-mother of Chris (Cathy-Lynn) Wade, Andrea Wade, and pre-deceased by Kevin Wade. Cherished Grammy of Bryce and Madyson, Grandma of Katrina, Ryan, Jason, Steven, Emily, Nicholas, David and Great-grandmother of baby Jackson. Dear Sister of Shirley Benoit-Goyette.

Lise will always be remembered by her colourful joy of life, her welcoming smile, and by her love for arts & crafts.  Lise will be deeply missed by her extended family and friends.

Family and friends are invited to the Beechwood National Memorial Centre, 280 Beechwood Avenue, on Thursday, February 29th, 2024 for a Funeral Service at 11:00AM.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Lise’s memory to the Ruddy Shenkman Hospice would be greatly appreciated.

We want to take this time to thank all the Doctors, Nurses, Volunteers and Staff at the Ruddy Shenkman Hospice for all their love and support during Lise’s last journey. Their dedication will always remain in our hearts.
