It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Moon Chun Tam, who passed peacefully surrounded by family in Ottawa on Monday, September 29, 2025; age 63.
He was a devoted husband, a loving father, and a proud grandfather. Survived by his beloved wife Ying Ling Liao, with whom he shared a lifetime of love. He will be forever cherished by his daughters Susan Tam (Eric Lei) and Sally Tam (Jih Low), whose lives were shaped by his wisdom and steady presence. Moon Chun also delighted in being a grandfather to Fia Lei, who brought him boundless joy and pride.
Family and friends are invited to Beechwood Funeral, Cemetery and Cremation Services (280 Beechwood Avenue, Ottawa) for a Visitation on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, from 9 a.m. until the time of Interment at 11 a.m. in Beechwood Cemetery. Reception to follow at Mandarin Buffet (290 West Hunt Club Rd, Nepean).

謹訂於2025年10月7日（星期二）上午9時在渥太華Beechwood殯儀館、國家墓園（地址: 280 Beechwood Avenue, Ottawa）設立瞻仰遺容儀式，並於上午11時在Beechwood國家墓園舉行安葬禮。隨後於Nepean地區之 Mandarin Buffet「滿庭芳自助餐廳」（地址: 290 West Hunt Club Rd, Nepean）設聚餐招待。
