It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Phann Phuy Te, who passed away peacefully in Ottawa, Ontario, on February 9, 2026, at the age of 82.
Beloved husband of Kuy Yin Te. Devoted father of Kim (Grace), Yong (Christine), and Sun (Sopha). He was a proud and loving grandfather of Wayden, Avery, Rose, Tayson, Rylan, Alyssa and Vanessa, each of whom brought immense joy to his life. He was a caring uncle of Sai Hong and a cherished great-uncle to Alex. He will also be deeply missed by many extended family members and dear friends.
Family and friends are invited to Beechwood, Funeral, Cemetery and Cremation Services (280 Beechwood Avenue, Ottawa, ON) for a Visitation on Saturday, February 14, 2026, from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m., with Interment to follow at Beechwood Cemetery.
For those who wish to make a memorial donation, contributions to the Ottawa Heart Institute would be greatly appreciated.
