Honouring Service. Celebrating Heritage.
Join us during Lebanese Heritage Month as we gather to honour the bravery, sacrifice, and enduring contributions of Lebanese-Canadian military members who served Canada in times of war, conflict, and peace.
Hosted by the Lebanese-Canadian Military Remembrance Committee, in partnership with the Beechwood Cemetery, the National Military Cemetery and the Embassy of Lebanon in Canada, this ceremony will include remarks from dignitaries, the national anthems of Canada and Lebanon, a wreath-laying ceremony, and a shared moment of remembrance.
All are welcome to attend, veterans, families, community members, and friends. Please dress appropriately for outdoor conditions.
The ceremony will proceed rain, snow or shine.
